Getting Errors adding threshold value in MRTG CRG

Hello,

I am with mrtg version 2.15.0 and had threshold values set for alerting but from the day it was added it gives the error. There is not problem in graph and threshold alerts are also working fine. Had same errors with 2.17.2.

error:

Use of uninitialized value in concatenation (.) or string at /usr/local/mrtg-2/bin/mrtg line 1885.

can't help you with that information ... my guess is that you have not provided all necessary information in the cfg file for threshold checking to be entirely happy.

I have attached threshold and mrtg configuration files. It could give some hints to my problem.

added some safeguards in r375 so that mrtg does not complain when stuff in the config is not defined.

Above uninitialized values errors are resolved but still getting a new errors upon adding threshold values. Below errors are seen in log files and the MRTG PID gets killed.

ERROR: 2012-07-10 09:40:58 -- Insecure dependency in system while running with -T switch at /usr/local/mrtg-2/bin/mrtg line 2121. 2012-07-10 09:40:58 -- * Restarting after 10 seconds in an attempt to recover from the error above

Seems to be working without error on 32 bit architecture OS(CentOS 5.8 32 bit) but gives error on 64 bit CentOS 6.0.
