trunk port traffic problem

Hi

I have configured mrtg-2.15.2 on my windows XP PC for cisco 7609 series ( layer-3) router and the same is working fine for gigabit ports after adding snmp verion 2 parameter after router name but the same is showing traffic for other ports specifically trunk ports which is not matching with the router traffic ....please help
