size unit difference between graphic and "table"

Hi Currently the graphic showing the history of a du2rrd value is scaled automatically into k, M, G Bytes etc. On the left hand side the current size obtained from the status.storable file is always given in MB which may lead to misinterpretation since 1000 MB is not equal to the GB shown in the graphic. Is it possible to make the values on the left hand side following the units of the graph?
