Description
Data has been written/read on nodes,I changed the graph period to check the nodes bandwidth,there is unexpectable line on the graph and it exceed plot area.

Hi,
these are artifacts of the libart. Try upgrading to the last 1.2.x version for some improvements. In the 1.3.x series we switched graphics library to resolve these issues.

Thank you for your answer. Could you help me know more information about this bug? Which bug you resolved and which file you modified ? We can not install the latest version because of our development environment. Could we replace the error file to resolve the problem?

Sorry I don't have more information except that it seems that some sets of coordinates cause libart to misbehave. It may be that it you add 0.00001 to the coordinates, that the problem disapears ...
very, very, unfortunate thing ...
as I said, it is part of the reason I rewrote everything to use cairo.
